These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any events, marathons, or activities (“Event”) organized by Iron Life (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for or participating in our Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirements as specified for each event. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
2. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate in the Event.
It is your responsibility to consult a doctor before undertaking any physical activity.
You agree to immediately stop the activity if you feel unwell or unsafe and to inform event officials or volunteers.
Iron Life may disqualify or stop any participant whose participation may cause injury or health risk to themselves or others.
3. Registration & Fees
All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Iron Life reserves the right to deny or cancel registration for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
4. Event Cancellation or Modification
Iron Life reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disaster, pandemic, or government orders.
In case of such changes, participants may be offered alternative options, but refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity. You agree to release and hold harmless Iron Life, its employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or death.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Treat fellow runners, volunteers, and staff with respect.
Follow all event rules and instructions from event officials.
Avoid actions that could endanger others or disrupt the Event.
Not use any performance-enhancing drugs or prohibited substances.
Violation of the above may result in disqualification or removal from the Event without refund.
7. Photography & Media Consent
By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by Iron Life or its partners. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website, print, and advertisements, without any compensation or approval rights.
8. Data Usage
Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to receiving event-related communications and updates.
9. Intellectual Property
All content related to the Event including logos, branding, website material, and promotional content belongs to Iron Life. You agree not to use or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
