At Iron Life, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our marathon participants. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before registering for any of our events.
1. No Refund Policy
All registration fees paid for Iron Life events are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Participant cancellation for any reason (personal, medical, or otherwise)

Inability to attend due to travel issues, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts

No-shows on the day of the event

Changes to event format, date, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances
We strongly encourage all participants to carefully review their schedules and commitments before completing the registration process.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event that Iron Life must postpone, cancel, or modify an event due to reasons beyond our control (such as weather conditions, government restrictions, health emergencies, or natural disasters):

The registration fee will not be refunded.

Participants may be offered an option to transfer their registration to a future Iron Life event or a virtual format.

Iron Life will communicate all changes via the official email and contact details provided during registration.
3. Transfer of Registration
We do not allow name or bib transfers unless explicitly approved by the event organizer under exceptional circumstances. Please email info@ironlife.in for inquiries related to possible transfers (subject to availability and discretion).
4. Duplicate Registrations
If you accidentally register more than once for the same event, please inform us within 48 hours at info@ironlife.in or call us at +91 99456 90201. We will review the case and issue a refund only for the duplicate entry, if valid.
